Step 1 - Planning
Browse Wakaga platform to discover concierge services such as places to stay, cars with drivers, service providers, private security and airport helpers at your destination.

Day 2 - Booking
Once you review the host’s profile, you can proceed to book your concierge services. Make your payment to Wakaga, and we will confirm your reservation with the host.

Day 3 - Verification
Host would verify the service availability, car and housing condition with account manager at your destination. Once the service, car and housing condition is verified, then the guest is confirmed to depart to your destination.
Step 2: Travel
Use our secure trip diary to log your travels and note people you meet along the way. Share your updates with trusted contacts via phone or email—just remind them to use the same contact info to view your trip anytime.

Once you arrive at the home, the host or property manager will provide you with the key to grant you access to the home.

Applies only to guests who booked for a car with a driver
Your driver will meet you at your current location to pick you up. They will drive you around town and remain with you throughout your stay.

Applies only to guests who booked for services
Upon your arrival, your service provider will meet with you. You will then confirm that the cook has received your food preferences and the necessary funds to prepare your meals, and that these funds have been provided by the host.

Applies only to guests who booked for security services
Upon your arrival, your security escort will meet you. You will then confirm their identity, and they will brief you on any necessary information regarding your safety. They will remain with you throughout your trip.

Day 3 - Manage Bookings
Your hosts may assign you a booking when they receive one from a guest. They will provide you with limited details about the guest to help you prepare for their arrival.

Day 4 - Booking Availability
You will verify that the booked home is ready and available for the guest, that service providers are available, that the booked car with its driver is ready, that the cook and other service providers are available, and that security guards are present. Additionally, if a cook has been booked, confirm that they have received the meal instructions and the necessary funds to prepare the meals.

Day 5 - Get Paid
After the guest checks out and the trip is complete, your host will release your payment according to your agreement with them.
